INTRODUCTION

 

     The pedagogical practice requires a deep reflection day by day from which there are hard challenges in a globalization world, how can face it? is a daily question, nevertheless, self-assessment, the introspection and continuing training should give answers to different needs in the educative setting, through which advance and growing up should be a major achievement in all aspects relate with this field as teachers.   One of them is about our role as an English mediator teacher allowing to improve the pedagogical practice from a reflection related with English Learning methods until this day, on the other hand, knowing the impacts and improvement processes around the learning process throughout field of study.
